Terms of Service Effective Date: June 25, 2026 These Terms of Service govern your use of taylorfilmsvideo.com and any services provided by Taylor Films ("we," "us," or "our"). By submitting an inquiry or entering into a contract with Taylor Films, you agree to these terms. 1. Services Taylor Films provides professional wedding videography services, including filming, editing, and delivery of wedding films. The specific scope of services, pricing, and deliverables for each client are outlined in a separate written agreement or proposal. 2. Booking and Payment A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your wedding date. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the wedding day, as specified in your individual contract. Dates are not held without a signed contract and received retainer. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling If you cancel your booking, the retainer is non-refundable. If you reschedule, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may require a new agreement. 4. Delivery All clients will receive a social media teaser reel within 7 days of the wedding date. The final film will be delivered within 6 weeks of the wedding date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery timelines may vary during peak season. 5. Copyright and Usage Rights Taylor Films retains full copyright ownership of all footage captured and films produced. Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license to view and share their wedding film. Taylor Films reserves the right to use footage and films for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes. If you prefer your film not be used in this way, please notify us in writing prior to your wedding date. 6. Limitation of Liability In the unlikely event of equipment failure, unforeseen circumstances, illness, or any situation beyond our reasonable control, Taylor Films' liability shall be limited to a refund of monies paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We recommend hiring a backup photographer and/or videographer for large or high-stakes events. 7. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for informing Taylor Films of the wedding timeline, venue rules regarding videography, and any special filming requirements in advance. Taylor Films is not responsible for missed moments due to lack of notice or access restrictions. 8. Website Use The content on taylorfilmsvideo.com, including text, images, and video, is the property of Taylor Films and may not be reproduced without written permission.
